In the 17th century, it was thought that a totally empty volume of space could be created by simply removing all gases. This was the first generally accepted concept of the vacuum. Late in the 19th century, however, it became apparent that the evacuated region still contained thermal radiation. To the researchers of that time it seemed that all of the radiation might be eliminated by cooling.
Thus evolved the second concept of achieving a real vacuum: cool it down to zero temperature after evacuation. In the 20th century, both theory and experiment have shown that there is a non-thermal radiation in the vacuum that persists even if the temperature could be lowered to absolute zero. This classical concept alone explains the meaning of “zero-point” energy.
Thomas Moray
Thomas Morray also invented a device that could tap into the zero point field. His machine could generate 50,000 watts of power with no energy input. It continuously produced an output of 250,000 volts with no input.
In the 1930s Moray developed advanced semiconductors and transistor-like devices.
He even provided a complete disclosure of his semi-conductor research to Dr. Harvey Fletcher of the Bell Laboratories. Dr. Fletcher later became head of the department at Bell Laboratories that developed the transistor. Moray, therefore, could be the true father of modern electronics since his work predated the Bell Laboratory bipolar transistor findings by at least 20 years.
During the 1920s Moray demonstrated a “radiant energy device” to many people who were unable to find a hidden power supply or batteries. Moray called his device a solid-state detector or the “Moray valve”. It was basically comprised of a large antenna connected to a complex series of high-voltage capacitors, transformers, and semiconductors. By supposedly stimulating the existing oscillations of radiant energy from space, his device could generate electrical power without any man-made input. By 1936, Moray had eventually engineered his device so that a 55-kilogram version could constantly produce 50 kilowatts of power for several days.
Furthermore, his motors ran cold!
Unfortunately he was refused a patent on his cold semiconductor cathode because the patent examiner couldn’t understand how it could emit electrons. The patent examiner reported that he could not allow the patent because he could not see how it would work since “the cathode had no means of being heated”.
By 1936 he had developed a generating unit that weighed about 55 pounds and was capable of producing as much as 50 kilowatts of power on a steady basis.
On several hundred occasions Dr. Moray lighted a bank of 35 light bulbs with power from his simple but ingenious radiant energy device. There were 20 150-watt bulbs on the panel. At the same time the generator powered a 600-watt glow heater and a 575-watt flat iron.
In 1940 Moray demonstrated before the members of the Public Utilities Commission his free energy generator. It maintained a continuous output of 250,000 volts with no apparent input.
The next day Moray was found shot in his lab, and all of his notes were stolen. Moray had been wounded by shotgun pellets in his lab by an attempt to frighten him into handing over the secrets of his work. Except for his own skill with a pistol to successfully defend himself against his assailants, Moray would have been murdered.
The entire truth may never be known, but it is a fact that Fraser became enraged and grabbed a sledgehammer and smashed Dr. Moray’s device to pieces.

Edwin Gray
Edwin Gray had a similar story. Gray created an electromagnetic motor that ran continuously on its own power. And like all zero point devices, it didn’t generate heat. The input was 26.8 W. The output over 7,000 W. Gray’s machine was tested and verified by multiple scientists.

T. Townsend Brown
Townsend Brown was a celebrated prodigy of electrical science during the 1920s, was respected as an innovative physicist throughout the mid-century, and is generally regarded as the seminal pioneer in the field of anti-gravity research and technology. https://antigravitytechnology.net/thomas_townsend_brown.html
His experiments and research on electricity based anti-gravitational observable momentum by ionizing different materials led him to believe he discovered a type of anti-gravity. He believed this was caused by strong electric fields. Instead of anti-gravity, what Brown observed has generally been attributed to electrohydrodynamics, the movement of charged particles that transfer their momentum to surrounding neutral particles in the air, also called “ionic drift” or “ionic wind”. For most of Brown’s life, he developed devices based on his ideas, promoting them for use by industry and the military. Classified antigravity technologies have been kept from the public realm for over six decades while secretly
developed by military-corporate entities. It was revealed in 1992, for example, that the B-2 Bomber used electrostatic charges on its leading wings and exhaust. According to aerospace experts, this was confirmation that
the B-2 used electrogravitic principles based on the “Biefeld-Brown Effect”. The Biefeld-Brown Effect is based on the research of Thomas Townsend Brown who in 1928 gained a patent for his practical application of how
high voltage electrostatic charges can reduce the weight of objects.
The B-2 bomber employs sufficiently high voltages to significantly reduce its weight. This enables the B-2
and other classified antigravity vehicles to display flight characteristics that appear to defy conventional laws of
physics.

Dr. Tom Valone
In 1999 Dr. Thomas Valone was fired from his position as a U.S. Patent Examiner. The primary reason cited was his involvement in organizing and promoting a conference on alternative/future energy technologies (including topics like zero-point energy, cold fusion, and other unconventional physics ideas).
Valone challenged the firing through arbitration. He won the case and was awarded reinstatement plus approximately six years of back pay. Ultimately he chose not to be reinstated as a patent examiner but instead continued his work in alternative energy research through his own organization, the Integrity Research Institute (IRI).

One of IRE’s promising projects utilizes a Spinning Magnetic Motor (SMM) which has no external energy input. The SMM instead exploits a principle of quantum physics that spinning electrons, which cause permanent magnetism, are powered by the quantum vacuum’s angular momentum and therefore, do not decay or slow down. In 2001, Ning Li received a grant from the US Department of Defense for over $400,000 to continue anti-gravitic research.
The program’s objective was to construct and test the experimental apparatus necessary to investigate whether gravity modification effects could be measured above a levitated, rotating superconducting disc which was a direct continuation of the theoretical work.
Her son George described the change he noticed in his mother after she left UAH for the private sector. The transition from academic freedom to classified work had a visible cost.
“She would return from work looking worn down with her makeup messed up. It wasn’t like that when she was at the University.”
In 2014, Dr. Li was mysteriously struck by a vehicle while crossing a street on the UAH campus. The accident caused permanent brain damage and she never returned to work. Her husband of 46 years who witnessed the accident suffered a heart attack at the moment of impact. He passed away the following year.
George brought his mother home and cared for her himself for the next six years. She passed away on July 27, 2021.
