Fed’s Case Against Alleged Killer of Charlie Kirk Starting to Unravel
Once considered a slam-dunk suspect, now people are starting to wonder if Tyler Robinson is just another patsy.
By Donald Jeffries
Tyler Robinson is the 22 year old accused of assassinating conservative leader Charlie Kirk on Sept. 10, 2025. From the beginning, there have been severe flaws in the government’s narrative and investigation into the assassination, although the mainstream media as always refuses to publicize them. Robinson may be yet another patsy.
Recently, a motion filed by Robinson’s defense team has single handedly demolished what little case the government had. A summary from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has been released to the public, in which it was revealed that the bullet recovered during Kirk’s autopsy could not be conclusively matched to the rifle allegedly used by Robinson.
Robinson’s attorneys also requested that the preliminary hearing be delayed by at least six months, citing the fact that there is an overwhelming and incomplete amount of discovery to sift through.
Among the crucial documents, the so-called “mountain of evidence” not being shared with the defense team thus far are the ATF’s forensic case files. Robinson’s attorneys mentioned a huge trove of files, includes:
[A] conclusory forensic DNA and ballistic reports authored by the FBI and the ATF, social media data, testimony by law enforcement officers about the crime scene and search locations, and testimony by Mr. Robinson’s parents and roommate [and] a significant amount of hearsay [from] non-testifying peace officers.
The prosecution is relying upon very dubious text messages between Robinson and Lance Twiggs, allegedly his live-in transgender lover, which critics say read unconvincingly like a bad Hollywood script.
There were supposedly some bizarre anti-fascist etchings on the shells, connected to Robinson. The FBI and ATF have acknowledged finding multiple DNA profiles on important pieces of evidence, which strongly suggests more than one person being involved.
The FBI alleges that Robinson gained access to a rooftop, from where he shot Kirk, without anyone noticing him. He is accused of entering the facilities with the very noticeable German Mauser stuck down his pants leg. We are told that he assembled and disassembled the rifle more than once, a cumbersome and seemingly nonsensical task.
From the gruesome footage of the shooting, Kirk can be seen collapsing to his left onto the ground. The problem is that Robinson was said to be firing from a right-to-left downwards trajectory, which would have resulted in Kirk being thrown to his right, not left.
Also, the video recorded from behind has recently been released, and reveals there was no visible exit wound. Considering the powerful nature of the alleged 30.06 round, this seems unbelievable. Officials at Turning Point USA, the huge company Kirk founded, concocted a story, purportedly coming from the surgeon who worked on Kirk, about how his “neck of steel” had stopped the bullet. It has since been discovered that no surgeon ever said such a thing, begging the question of why Turning Point would promote such a falsehood.
Podcaster Candace Owens and others have questioned key elements of the prosecution’s case, including the notion that Robinson’s parents turned him in to the authorities. Owens claims to have sources who have talked to Robinson’s family, and they seem to believe in his innocence.
There also appears to be no truth in the widely repeated claim that Robinson has confessed to the crime.
The government and mainstream media are clearly antagonistic toward any suggestion of an Israeli connection to the Kirk assassination. But there are several videos available of Kirk expressing criticism of Israel during the months just prior to his death, and in the text released by Owens, in which Kirk said:
Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this, leaving me no choice but to leave the pro Israel cause.
Turning Point and prominent Zionists such as Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, Laura Loomer, Dan Bongino, Ted Cruz and many others have blasted Owens, Tucker Carlson, and conservative podcaster Megyn Kelly for daring to touch on Kirk’s views on Zionism. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu even took the unprecedented step of publicly insisting that Israel was in no way involved in the assassination of Kirk.
The bizarre behavior of Kirk’s widow Erika has caught the attention of critics as well, and contributed to much speculation. Owens uncovered the questionable elements of Erika’s background, which appear to include connections to Jeffrey Epstein.
Erika was a real estate agent for a firm run by a Rothschild. She was dressed in an inappropriate white suit at the memorial for her husband, entering the stage accompanied by fireworks, criticized as a kind of grieving never seen before. Owens produced video of a giddy Erika, smiling broadly only 15 days after her husband’s murder, as she boasted about how the memorial had been “the event of the century.”
Should we add Tyler Robinson’s name to the long line of patsies framed by the state? Time will tell.
