GOODLATTE & TALLMAN ABOUT TO GET “SNOOKERED”

INI and associates gained a powerful ally in our battle to free David Hinkson from the federal gulag when editor Ed Snook ran our story (see top of Home page) on the front page of the current issue of US~Observer. The efforts of Snook and his publication have been responsible for exposing and correcting thousands (literally!) of cases of false arrest and mistreatment of innocent Americans that had fallen victim to what he calls “The largest racket in history: the American Justice system.” Now Mr. Snook has gone above and beyond the call of duty by poking Rep. Goodlatte (R-VA) with the cattle prod shown below.

We urge you to join INI and the US~Observer by reminding Cong. Goodlatte that it is time for him to do his job. There is strength in numbers, and he can be reached here:  bob.goodlatte@govupdate.com

Congressman Bob Goodlatte
Chairman, House Judiciary Committee
2309 Rayburn HOB
House Office Building
Washington D.C.  20515

December 22, 2014

Congressman Goodlatte,

My name is Edward Snook and I own and publish the US~Observer newspaper.

I am writing you about U.S. Ninth Circuit Judge Richard C. Tallman. This judge has been indicted publicly of very serious crimes and as you are the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, responsibility to begin addressing the actions of this dangerous judge rests solely on your shoulders.

We have received numerous complaints from individuals outside of your District who have contacted your office about an investigation into Judge Tallman’s corruption, only to be told to contact their own Congressman; stating that your office doesn’t represent them as a constituent. This is unacceptable and this response has caused my investigative staff to open an investigation into your current activities and past right along with Judge Tallman’s.

As Chairman of the Judiciary Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives you represent the interests of all citizens in this great country as to judicial accountability. It is your responsibility as much or more than any other individual to stop or at the very least, thoroughly investigate the alleged criminal actions of any federal judicial official, including Judge Tallman.

I would prompt you to visit our website (www.usobserver.com) and read the articles we have published about Judge Tallman and the tragic abuse he facilitated against David Hinkson, a veteran and fellow American. If you take even a cursory look at some of our work, you will find that we don’t drop issues until we have forced accountability publicly.

My readers, including those in the 6th Congressional District of Virginia, want to know, what does it take to get you to do your job? If you don’t commence an investigation, I intend to make your name synonymous with other corrupt judges whom you fail to hold accountable. I would far rather commend you for doing the job you are paid to do; so please advise me that an investigation is underway

I will give you until January 15, 2015 to contact me and assure me that you intend to conduct a legitimate investigation into this matter. In other words, I agree not to publish anything further regarding Judge Tallman and the need for an investigation until that date. I want to stress that I have taken this position due to the response your offices have given to the concerned people who have contacted them.

In closing, I would strongly suggest that you also take a good look at your staff – They aren’t doing you any favors.

Best Regards

Edward Snook US~Observer

And yes, we do realize that even though the cartoonist flunked spelling, his message is too appropriate to be ignored.

Thank you Mr. Snook, for standing up for David Hinkson. I don’t know HOW you managed to get an email address for Congressman Goodlatte. His office told me that he has no email capabilities !!! Not ONLY are they (as you say) not doing him any favors, they are outright LYING. I was also told at three of his offices, that he would not accept anything from me since I do not live within his district.

I am anxious to hear (after January 15, 2015) what you have learned and to read your next letter to Mr. Goodlatte.

Thanx, we are glad to have you aboard. We have learned this week that Rep. Goodlatte ignored the Snook letter with both no response and no action toward Tallman. We are circling the wagons now for the next onslaught. Stay in close tune.
