The Depraved World Of Child Molesters – Part Five:

The Dark Side Of Hollywood

On March 16, 2026 The Times of India featured an article with the headline

Oscars 2026: Has Hollywood’s “wokeism” run its course?

The very first sentence reads:

For the better part of a decade, Hollywood has tried to position itself as the moral compass of the modern world.”

Really? Anyone familiar with Hollywood’s shady history would never include the word “moral” and “Hollywood” in the same sentence.

Let’s start with a quote from Mega-Movie Superstar Marilyn Monroe.

I met them all. Phoniness and failure were all over them. Some were vicious and crooked. But they were as near to the movies as you could get. So you sat with them, listening to their lies and schemes. And you saw Hollywood with their eyes — an overcrowded brothel, a merry-go-round with beds for horses.

Let’s move on to Corey Feldman, who began his career acting in commercials at age three, first appeared in a Hollywood film when he was 9. From 1984, he starred in a string of blockbusters, including Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984), Gremlins (1984), The Goonies (1985), and Stand by Me (1986). Unhappily his success did not shield him from predatory adults.

I was surrounded by them when I was 14 years old. Surrounded. Literally. Didn’t even know it. It wasn’t until I was old enough to realize what they were and what they wanted, and what they were about. … Oh my God, they were everywhere, like vultures.

Feldman went on to explain how the older men predators either had their own power or connections to great power in the entertainment industry.

A 2017 article in World Net Daily about Corey Feldman provided additional morsels:

Ask anybody in our group of kids at that time: They were passing us back and forth to each other.

Hollywood Reporter’s Seth Abramovitch did not hold back on his questions, asking: “Do you think this problem – adult males in the entertainment industry preying on young boys behind closed doors – still persists?”

“Oh, absolutely,” said Feldman. “It’s more now than ever …”

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter Feldman described how his co-star Corey Haim was just 11 when a man raped him on a movie set. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/general-news/corey-feldman-elijah-wood-hollywood-897403/

Former child star Alison Arngrin who played Nellie on the iconic 1980s TV hit series “Little House on the Prairie” has stated:

In Hollywood, there are parents who will practically prostitute their kids in the hope they can make money and get ahead. It is a horrible trap that the kids are in. These people aren’t seeing their kid as a kid. It’s more common than you think.

Depraved predators in Hollywood never choose their prey randomly. Again Alison Arngrin explains how:

They are typically very careful when choosing. They look for kids whose parents are maybe going through a divorce, are very naïve, suffering with addiction problems, or are simply crazy stage parents who will look the other way.

Louis B. Mayer, who co-founded Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios in 1924, was a typical predator. At the age of 16 when Judy Garland was playing Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz Mayer would claim she “sang from the heart” while placing his hand over her left breast.

According to the Seattle Times, “That scenario, a compliment followed by a grope, was repeated many times until, grown up at last, Judy put a stop to it. ‘Mr. Mayer, don’t you ever, ever do that again,’ she finally had the courage to say. I just will not stand for it.’ ”

Years later Garland wrote in her unpublished memoir,“It’s amazing how these big men, who had been around so many sophisticated women all their lives, could act like idiots.”

In 1988, former child actress Shirley Temple Black accused MGM producer Arthur Freed of frightening her during their first meeting when he dropped his pants. This happened when she was just 11.

She also made allegations against Mayer in her autobiography, having accused him of sexually propositioning her mother Gertrude in an adjacent room during the incident she had with Freed.

Black, Shirley Temple (1988). Child Star: An Autobiography. McGraw-Hill pp. 322–323.

In fact a brief look at the career of the industry’s most famous child star in movie history – Shirley Temple – personifies how inflicting chronic distress and misery have long been utilized as a manipulative tool.

Before she made her big Hollywood debut in 1934, at the age of 5, Temple starred in “Baby Burlesks,” a very quirky short film series that featured a bunch of toddlers in diapers acting out disturbingly grown-up plots.

In them, Temple does stuff like trade kisses for lollipops and says things like “I’m expensive.”

In her autobiography, Child Star, Temple would write the “Baby Burlesks were a cynical exploitation of our childish innocence.”

According to a Time magazine article, “There’s also ‘Polly Tix in Washington,’ which four-year old Shirley Temple seems to be playing some kind of prostitute/mistress to a ‘Senator,’ … When we first meet Shirley, she is wearing a little bra and filing her nails when she gets a phone call from a top-hat wearing toddler telling her to go seduce a Senator to ‘get him to work.’ She walks in and greets the senator draped in pearls saying she’s been sent to ‘entertain’ him.’”

Child actor Todd Bridges who starred in the 1980s sitcom series “Diff’rent Strokes” went public in 2010 disclosing that his manager sexually abused him at the age of 11 on four occasions. Todd managed to resist the fifth attempt and later physically attacked his molester when he showed up at his family home, joined by his mother who ran to the kitchen for a knife after hearing her son yell, “He touched me!” Bridges was abused while his sitcom was highly popular, but as is so common, never told a soul.

Actor James Van Der Beek, a young star from the 1990s “Dawson Creek” series, put out a couple of revealing tweets describing his encounters with older established Hollywood predators:

I’ve had my ass grabbed by older, powerful men, I’ve had them corner me in inappropriate sexual conversation when I was much younger. I understand the unwarranted shame, powerlessness & inability to blow the whistle. There’s a power dynamic that feels impossible to overcome
