The Q & A site called “Quora” poses questions seeking answers from the public on about every interesting subject one can imagine, and as the Flat vs. Spherical Earth argument has gained so much Internet attention the past five years, this question and many similar have become one of the almost daily subjects of discussion. And before reading, you may want to ponder this quote for a moment from William Casey, Reagan’s newly appointed CIA Director in 1981: “We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.” The recent question was:
What do those who believe and insist that the Earth is flat really want to prove or disprove about the Earth’s being flat?

My answer is that I want the entire PLANE (not a planet) to know the same things that I have looked and learned. I just want all of you to understand that we are all the same, we are all from the same types of schools (I know they r a li’l different) and we have had the spherical earth shoved down our throats since about the age of around 4 years old. Let me put it to you this way. Imagine for a second (better make that an hour) that you have NO idea about the shape of where you live. Can you do that until you finish this page? Okay, I am gonna sell you this bundle of bull-pucky as it was sold to me. Here goes: u live on a round ball 25,000 (twenty-five thousand miles in size) and it spins in a circle at the speed of about 1040mph (one thousand forty) 1] while it also chases the sun in an elliptical orbit at the speed of about 66,600mph (sixty-six thousand six hundred), 2] In addition our earth moves towards something called the great attractor at a speed of over 560,000mph) 3] and in addition to that it also goes in a 4th direction at more than several million mph. So, any questions? Of course, there are. We can neither feel any of these movements nor are we allowed apparently to question them either. Hmmm, you say? I sure do/did, and that’s what I will continue to do. I only wish for everybody to question these absurd factoids, to ask why we ain’t allowed to ask. To learn just how we can exist on what science tries to tell us, and to me what is patently impossible to understand. I want everybody to question EVERYTHING, no more free rides for NASA, no more ‘because we say so’ answers, no more ridiculous math that is sooo ridiculous. Just no more B.S. I have about several hundred questions that Not A Space Agency will never reply to, because they have their own agenda, and it ain’t about space. They have been shown to be not so honest in what they have shown to us. I want the truth about where we live, and it has not been told to us yet. Not by our leaders, not by our space agencies, only by a select few who, like me continue to question the accepted (bullpucky).
