Spencer Runs the Table in South Carolina Corruption Case

Aces-corruption-south-carolinaYes, Virginia, there are some honest judges in South Carolina.  And, you’ve got to hand it to one of our readers, Dave Johnson, who was right. The crooked lawyers didn’t show… yet.

Does State Circuit Court Judge, Doyet A. Early, III, care about the truth and his oath of office and will he finally require testimony by two participants to go on record in the public corruption case? was our question here two days ago.

At “High Noon” on Tuesday, Plaintiff Jim Spencer prevailed on every point, and the defense attorney was warned by Judge Early that if his two clients did not show up at the next (yet undated) hearing, he would send the marshals after them.

“And what do you want?” Mr. Spencer was asked by the court. The answers, as well as our interview with Jim Spencer detailing what is to come, will follow here before the week is out. The door is apparently open for a huge victory for truth and justice.

Stayed tuned.
