What is wrong with Zionism?

ZIONISM is NOT based on the Bible and is NOT religious. Zionism is a racist, political/military movement, believing that Jews should be GIVEN a portion of the area in the Middle East that has been called Palestine. The Zionist’s goal was to create an independent SECULAR national home for Jews ONLY.
After “the Holocaust” during WW2, Jews were again “victims,” leading the United Nations to create the State of Israel for Jews. Not every Jew is a Zionist, especially the religious/orthodox Jews. Those Jews were Anti-Zionist from the start, because Zionism conflicted with Judaism’s spiritual beliefs, thus Zionists needed the support of Christians. A man of very dubious character, Cyrus Scofield, added to the King James Bible, published it as Scofield Reference Bible, circulating it in 1909. Christians ate-it-up, believing the Jews return to the Holy Land would fulfill prophecy. Biblically, the gathering to the Holy Land will happen in God’s time and with His divine intervention, NOT a United Nations apartheid political decree.
Zionist leader David Ben-Gurion declared the indepedence of the new State of Israel in 1948, without a mention of “God” or “the chosen people.” Then, the Zionists took homes, land, and crops by running-off, or killing inno-cent Palestinians who had lived there for centuries.
Consider this from the Bible in Ezekiel 47:21-23: “So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel. And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.” Those verses say not to reject the people among you. What the State of Israel did in 1948 was not Scriptural. They displaced 750,000 Christian and Arab Palestinians in Gaza, taking their land and homes.
This year, over 80,000 Jews fled the State of Israel with projections for 2026 estimated to be higher. They are disgusted with Netanyahu’s genocide, which the religious Jews abhor, so they are speaking by leaving.
The United States/Israel relationship is a mystery — a one-sided marriage. Why don’t Americans question this? Probably because American pastors have brainwashed their followers to believe the 1948 State of Israel is part of God’s plan, but the Bible does not support that. I’ve heard hundreds of sermons, replete with Bible verses quoted, where pastors jump to the wrong conclusion, along with Zionist TV pastors who get very rich from promoting “Stand with Israel.” This modern State of Israel is NOT Biblical, and NOT the Israel mentioned in the Old Testament. Don’t simply believe me, or anyone else. Find the truth by doing your own research from both the Bible’s Old and New Testaments and Middle East history.
Late in the Obama regime, the U.S. agreed to send $38 BILLION to Israel. That wasn’t enough for Netanyahu, as reports say he pressured President Trump for even more. The U.S. has sent over $300 BILLION to Israel since 1948. Think about that. What has Israel done for us? The answer: NOTHING, except spy on us, and place us on the wrong side of history with many other nations.
Here is a small list of pro-Israel groups: Republican Jewish Coalition, J Street, Washington Institute for Near East Policy, Democratic Majority for Israel, Conservative Friends of Israel, Christians United for Israel, American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Zionist Organization of America, Council on Foreign Relations, Anti-Defamation League, Pro-Israel America PAC, and the United States Congress. All of these entities lobby for “Israel First,” representing the elephant in the room — ZIONISM.
During the first two weeks of the recent “ceasefire,” about 350 innocent Palestinians were killed in Gaza by the Israeli military, along with destroying 1,500 buildings. Nations around the world, except for the United States, consider that a violation of the ceasefire. Trump’s “Peace Deal” in Gaza is a failure. Israel never ceased firing.
Let me say again — there are wonderful Jews, who I would welcome as friends and neighbors. My problem isn’t the Jewish people. It is the Zionist ideology. ~ Rick Kiesz
