Letter sent to President Trump regarding the military trial of Lt. Col Terry Lakin, who questioned unlawful orders by Obama based on Obama’s lack of eligibility and Obama’s use of a stolen SSN and bogus IDs

Mr. President, while the Democrats are calling on the US military not to follow unlawful orders, I would like to provide you important information. what happened with a call not to follow illegal orders during Obama administration. I am an attorney, admitted to argue in front of the Supreme Court.
I was present during the military trial, court-martial of a flight surgeon, LT Col Terry Lakin in Ft. Meade MD. Lakin stated that he wants discovery and verification of Obama’s eligibility to be president before his deployment to Afghanistan based on overwhelming evidence of Obama using a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs.
Lakin stated that he does not want to follow illegal orders and wants to be sure that Obama is a lawful president with lawful, not fabricated IDs. I did not represent him, a military attorney represented him, but I was in the audience, sitting behind him. The military judge refused to hear any evidence regarding Obama’s bogus IDs and Obama’s own disclosure on WhiteHouse.gov of his use of a Connecticut social security number xxx xx 4425, even though Obama was never a resident of CT, this number was traced to another deceased individual, born in 1890, and the number failed SSNVS and E-Verify when checked with Obama’s name. Before the trial the judge, Denise R. Lind, ruled that none of this will be mentioned at trial as it is “irrelevant”. This heroic combat doctor got a prison term of 6 months in Fort Leavenworth and lost all of his military pension, simply because the judge refused to hear any evidence.
In another case, where I represented Major Stephan Cook in USDC in Georgia, the US military simply rescinded his orders to deploy to Afghanistan in order not to have a discovery, so we won the case, but Obama’s use of bogus IDs was not adjudicated in the court of law.
Mr. President. It is time for you to undo the wrong, to pardon and to expunge this verdict in Lakin’s case and reinstate Lt. Col. Lakin’s pension, particularly since he is a father of 3. It is time for the DOJ to investigate and file criminal charges against Obama for his use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number and fabricated IDs. It is time to investigate the military judge Denise R. Lind, who presided at Terry Lakin’s military trial, as well as a number of others who were complicit in this cover up.
