The misnamed “Civil War” was not the war between the North and the South, it was the war of Marxism versus America. The South was fighting for the principles of the Declaration of Independence while the Union Army was fighting to implement the principles of Karl Marx and we still are under the 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto today!

Obsessed with subjugation of the South, Lincoln not only made war upon the Confederacy, but upon his own people in the North. In a swift move to silence Northern critics of his war, he suspended Constitutional rights in the United States only a month after he was inaugurated.

He shut down over 300 newspapers in the North while imprisoning over 30,000 people who dared oppose him and had or attempted to have the duly elected representatives of the Border States removed and or arrested to prevent secession in those states!

Consent of the governed was murdered by the Marxist Abraham Lincoln.

Firing on Fort Sumter by the Confederates did not start the War. Lincoln was planning the war prior to his inauguration.

In a brazen act before his inauguration, Lincoln sent a message to E. B, Washburne for secret transmittal to General Winfield Scott. The message said, “Please present my respects to the general, and tell him, confidentially, I shall be obliged to him to be as well prepared as he can to either hold or retake the forts, as the case may require, at or after the inauguration.”

The man who said “Give me Liberty or give me death” was called a traitor by his monarchist peers!

35 of the original 55 delegates to the constitutional convention in 1787 were lawyers.

24 of the 39 delegates who signed the final draft were lawyers.

The Committee of Style and Arrangement which altered several parts of the constitution and added some parts which were not in the final draft of the Committee of the Whole contained 4 Lawyers out of 5 members.

The constitution as ratified gave the final say in all matters to unelected lawyers serving for life called Federal Judges and the Supreme Court who are paid with taxes taken from those whom they rule.

In contrast several lawyers left the convention in disgust and fought against ratification. Most prominent among them were Robert Yates, John Lansing Jr. and Luther Martin.

Lest we not forget that the most famous lawyer of that era, Patrick Henry refused to attend the convention stating he “smelt a rat in Philadelphia leaning toward a monarchy.”

Where are the lawyers of the integrity of Henry, Yates, Lansing and Luther today?

In 1861, Germans, Frenchmen, Italians, and Hungarians rushed to assist the North in the war against the South. One historian, W. E. Dodd, pointed out, “The election of Lincoln and, as it turned out, the fate of the Union was thus determined not by native Americans but by voters who knew least of American history and institutions.”

What a shocking revelation: The election of Lincoln and the destruction of thirteen sovereign states of these United States were accomplished with the assistance of European communists and socialists who “knew least of American history and institutions.”

Allegedly, the Union Army fought a war to “free the slaves” in 1861-65, but during and after that war, the same Union Army fought a war of destruction and death against another “people of color,” the American Indians.

Reconstruction was not about freeing the minorities, it was about securing political supremacy for the Marxist Republicans.

Asian Americans, during Reconstruction, endured discrimination and racially motivated mob violence then and for years thereafter; two-thirds of the lynching victims in California between 1849 and 1902 were Asians and America’s biggest lynching involved such victims in Los Angeles during U.S. Grant’s presidency.
