      He’s trying. The Alabama Supreme Court struck down county requirements to maintain vote count rendering a recount worthless. The fix was in! See Jim Stone’s report.

   Shades of a couple of democrat states in the 2008 elections which managed to elect Obama. PA and OH both come to mind.
